We are delighted to have you with us at this year's Fekete Zaj Festival. It's important to us that all festival participants, whether you bought a ticket or are contributing, feel safe and comfortable, and we'll do our best to make sure that happens. Check out the 2025 Fekete Zaj Festival house rules and please follow them while you are at the Fekete Zaj Festival.
The organisers of the festival do not support discriminatory behaviour, so please respect this upon entering the festival and act accordingly.
The purchase of an admission ticket entitles you to enter the festival only if you accept these rules and acknowledge that the organisers will monitor compliance.
By purchasing a ticket, the customer accepts the house rules and the General Terms and Conditions. Tickets are non-refundable. Please only buy tickets at official ticket outlets (here and here), as we will not be held responsible for any losses suffered by counterfeit tickets in circulation.
Entry to the festival is subject to the time and conditions of the ticket. Tickets purchased in advance will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry. The wristband (festival pass, daily tickets and accommodation) must be worn on your wrist at all times during its validity.
This will be checked by the organisers upon entry and exit and throughout the festival.
Daily tickets are valid from 10.00 pm until 10.00 am the next day (on the opening day of the festival from 12.00 pm). Daily ticket holders have access to the same rights and services as pass holders thoughout the validity of the ticket.
You can access the festival with a 4-day pass from the beginning of the festival at 12.00 pm on the 31st of August 2025 until the end at 10.00 am on the 4th of August 2025.
If your wristband is invalid, you are obliged to leave the festival area. The ticket/wristband is not transferable. Only the wristband worn on the hand is considered a valid pass. If a wristband gets damaged, taped over, cut, is larger than the diameter of the wrist, removed from the hand, lost or in any other way compromised, they are considered INVALID and will not be replaced!
Forgery of tickets is strictly prohibited. Charges will be pressed against counterfeiters and those involved in forgery.
Anyone who endangers the physical wellbeing, life, safety, property or assets of others in any way, engages in violent conduct, incites against others, engages in any conduct that gives cause to police action, or has been previously removed from the Festival area, may be removed from the Festival area at any time. Any person who engages in threatening or violent behaviour will be immediately removed from the area by Fekete Zaj Festival security.
Anyone who has to be removed from the venue for the above reasons will not get a refund.
Children under and including the age of 12 can enter the festival free of charge. Everyone under the age of 14 can enter and stay at the venue only with an adult. Accompanying adults need to have a valid ticket.
If you are coming to the Festival with a child, we recommend that you indicate your name and telephone number on their clothing.

Please be respectful to Fekete Zaj Festival bartenders, staff and guests, we want everyone to feel comfortable and safe at the Festival.
Don't force alcohol or your company on others if they have no need for it.
If you see anyone feeling uncomfortable or in need of help, step in yourself or ask our staff, bar staff or volunteers for help.
What to do if you see someone being harrassed?
If you're not sure whether you're witnessing harassment or if it's just a disagreement between friends, ask! Let's be careful and look out for each other, rather than let someone feel unsafe without help.
If you don't want to intervene directly, it can often help to distract the disrespectful, disruptive or harassing person - such as dropping something next to them.
If you feel you don't have the courage to intervene on your own, ask someone to intervene with you - a friend or a member of staff.
Sometimes it also helps to record the incident - this can discourage the offending party from continuing the behaviour.
If your behavior is uncomfortable, intimidating, threatening, violent, exclusionary or disruptive to Fekete Zaj Festival staff or guests, you may be immediately banned from the event.
Bar staff will be able to assess how much alcohol you've consumed before they stop serving you. If they ask you to leave, they'll do so with good reason, we therefore ask you to accept their decision.
The organisers reserve the right to change the programme. The entrance fee cannot be reclaimed.
The organisers cannot be held responsible for any changes due accidents or mistakes of the performers.
Audio and video recordings are made during the event. All participants who appear on the recordings may be named only with their consent, but may not make any claim against the recorders or the organisers. Photography is permitted, but drone recordings on or above the festival site are only allowed with the prior permission of the organisers, in compliance with all applicable legal requirements and without compromising the safety of participants. The person making the recordings must agree in advance with the Organisers on the method and time of making the recordings.
